Words are unable to speak of love as a smile and a whisper does.
December 2010
My mother just made quiche.
YES!
Who needs sleep when we’ve got love?
New Years is so funny, because we call everybody in the UK at 5, and they’re all “WOOHOO IT’S A NEW YEAR”, and I just feel weird, because we still have 7 hours of the old year left, and I’m never really ready to let go of it until like 11:57.
Also, it’s my little cousin’s birthday tomorrow.
Highlights of 2010:
Camp Pender Baptism This really awesome quiet time I had the other day Friends / other awesome relationships Doing okay in school So much more
Hopes for 2011 (Resolutions):
Get to know God better Continue to work hard Improve time management Lose the computer addiction Learn

Dear contacts,
Expect pocket calls. I am not used to having a touch-screen phone, yet.
indescribably asked: It sounds like it was said by somebody you know? Or it was about somebody you know?
Because either way, you'd be correct.
Because either way, you'd be correct.
I wonder if there were people who just had the hugest crushes on Jesus whilst he was chillin’ on the earth. I mean… seeing as he was so awesome and perfect and stuff, it wouldn’t be at all surprising.

I saw Kristina at Sunshine, and the first thing she said was “Hey, I have an English question…”
Apparently, some of Harry Potter is filmed in the Gloucester Cathedral. I’ve been there!

Gnomeo and Juliet comes out on February 11th.
It’s happening.
You guys’ll be my dates, yeah?
Let’s not go on the 14th…cause I don’t especially like being surrounded by couples, especially when the average age is so low.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
I think we should go and just be all “FOREVER (or perhaps just...
Sometimes, He’s further than the moon, but, right now, He’s closer than my skin.

So I was kind of dissapointed when I listened more closely to the song Speak Now and realized that it was all a daydream of hers. I thought she actually did it.
A lot of her songs are her dreaming up happy endings… like Love Story… haha.
My mother gave me mascara and eyelash curlers and eye shadow, and was like “Just for whenever you should decide…” and I’m like “Okay, I’m gettin’ the hints” (Because my mother is a firm believer that it is not at all wrong to enjoy being beautiful while you are young…) and so now I am wearing mascara and I want to rub my eyes but I can’t.
I can’t figure out what accent the little voice in my head reads in.
I do not believe that science clashes with my faith, because I think that God works through science. So I guess I’m with Nimaya on the whole “Science just puts me in awe of my God” deal.

I’ve got nothing of my own to give to you, but this light that shines on me could shine on you, and make everything beautiful again.
Hey, dude.
If I ever write a dictionary (which I don’t think I will, but one can never know…), the definition of “teenager” is going to be:
Teenager [teen-ey-jer] -noun
1. A person who is between the ages of 13 and 17
2. A person who is constantly confused
Kay, but, despite this constant feeling of “what on earth is going on?”, I have to say that I am enjoying these...

Beautiful Sound
Where did I go wrong, not to hear Your song? It’s a beautiful sound That’s moving through the crowd; There’s voices lifted up On high for You. It’s a beautiful song And we’ve only just begun To understand Rediscovering You To have found You , and still be looking for You It’s “The soul’s paradox of love” I won’t stop, now that I’m...

I might become a ridiculous fangirl in the coming months. You have been duly forewarned.
I love this child.
Skiing is just the best thing ever.
So, today, we went skiing. My mummy and daddy and I hopped in the car and drove to the hill, and skied, and we met the Thorsons, and skied, and the weather sucked, but it was okay. Then we lost the Thorsons, but found them again. Actually, we kept finding them, going off to do our own thing, finding them, going off to do our own thing, and repeating the cycle. And you know what? It was SOLID. I...

I say “I feel like” a lot. I mean… I say it at the beginning of normal sentences! “I feel like my glasses are big.” “I feel like that’d be weird.” What is that? Maybe it’s a defense mechanism, you know? I think I’m trying to avoid disagreeing with people. I want to be all “I…
SO GOOD. These are the kind of words that I wish I wrote.
I know cool people.
I just spend four hours at the mall. What even?
Come home, running, just as you are.
He understands.

I almost cry nearly every time I go to church, these days.
People have a tendency to run after lust and greed instead of love, which is the only thing that can really satisfy.
You might think I’m your enemy, but that don’t make you mine.
Kirsten: Dad, you can have my computer when you want it
Dad: Well is it logged on?
Kirsten: I don't have a password.
Melissa: Ooo, fun! [reaches for computer]
Kirsten: Hey, dad, can you do what you need from a guest account?
Dad: Yes.
Kirsten: Okay, I'm going to add a password and activate the guest account.
Dad: Good idea. At least while Melissa's here...
